Union Minister for the Ministry of National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, H.E. Aung Kyaw Hoe receives H.E. Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar at the Ministry of National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, Nay Pyi Taw in the morning of 13 August 2026.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views and discussed matters concerning the further strengthening and enhancement of Myanmar–Vietnam economic cooperation, as well as the investment sectors currently being undertaken and ways to further increase investment between the two countries.

The Senior Officials from the Ministry of National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations and representatives from the Viet Nam Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar also attended the meeting.
