The 9th meeting of the Task Force of the Working Committee to address the impact of COVID-19 on the national economy (3/2021) was held at the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Yangon on 30 December 2021.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Wah Wah Maung, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations and members of the task force as well as members of monitoring team to evaluate the disbursement of loans from COVID-19 Fund effectively in States and Regions.
During the meeting, current issues related to the withdrawal of Loan from COVID-19 Fund, disburse these loans effectively, payment of interest in first year and the ways to solve the problems and to coordinate among relevant ministries and departments were discussed.
