Dr. Wah Wah Maung, Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations and CLMV SEOM Lead attended the 23^rd Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar and Vietnam (CLMV) Senior Economic Officials’ Meeting which was held on 31^st July, 2022 in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Phuc Nam, Deputy Director-General for Asia Africa Market Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Viet Nam . Senior Economic Officials from Cambodia, Lao PDR and Viet Nam, and the representatives from ASEAN Secretariat participated at the meeting.

The CMLV senior economic officials discussed the matters on implementation status of CLMV Action Plan (2021-2022), the priority sectors and projects to be implemented in the CLMV Action Plan (2023-2024), the status of Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI) Work Plan IV (2021-2025), finalizing the implementation plan of the Framework for CLMV Development which will be endorsed at the upcoming CLMV Economic Ministers Meeting and preparations for the agenda of the 14^th CLMV Economic Ministers Meeting.
