Dr. Kan Zaw, Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations received the delegation led by Mr. Sholban KARA-OOL, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, member of the faction of the UNITED RUSSIA All-Russian political party at the State Duma at Office No. 1, Nay Pyi Taw in the afternoon of December 4, 2024.

               During the meeting, both sides cordially discussed on the strengthening bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, tourism, transportation, energy and  electric power generation and agriculture that would bring mutual benefits across various sectors between Myanmar and the Russian Federation.

               The meeting was also attended by senior officials and the relevant officials from the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations.
