The Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations (MIFER), the aiming to develop human resources and improve staff member’s capacity, conducted the 44th   ceremony of Friday Talk of Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) at the Office No (1), Nay Pyi Taw. MIFER’s Union Minister Dr. Kan Zaw attended and delivered the opening remarks.

The Union Minister pointed out that there are many kinds of program with the aim to improve human resource such as seminars, workshops and roundtable talks, today KSP program is reached to 44 times for our ministry, today topics is “Seminar on Cross- border Industry China Cooperation for Chambers of Commerce and Industry of RCEP Countries”. He highlighted that all MIFER’s staffs gain the knowledge of cross-border cooperation from this topic, and regarding the trade relations, Myanmar apply the fruitful of Generalized System of Preference – GSP in export sector. The Union Minister underscored that Myanmar have Most Favour Nations- MFN, investors are interesting to invest in Myanmar. Likewise, today topic includes private industrial activities and trader and industrious persons in RCEP member states as well as investments, industries and company law and he urged all participants to take part actively in the discussion.

Daw Aye Aye Pike, Assistant Director of Foreign Economic Relations Department “Seminar on Cross- border Industry China Cooperation for Chambers of Commerce and Industry of RCEP Countries”. After that, the Union Minster and the attendees were openly discussed the matters related to the benefits for Myanmar.

The Director General from Foreign Economic Relations Department, Deputy Permanent Secretary and the senior officials total 120 persons of the staff joined this program.
