The Chinese Embassy in Myanmar and MYANMAR-CHINA (JIANGSU) CHAMBER OF COMMERCE donated consumer goods to staffs affected by the earthquake at the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations

The representatives of the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar and Myanmar- China (JIANGSU) Chamber of Commerce donated eight kinds of relief supplies for consumer goods with the aim to support earthquake- effected staffs of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations at Office No. (1), this morning.

Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, Dr. Kan Zaw, expressed grateful thanks for the donation of essential items such as air conditioning fan, electric kettle, solar light, mosquito net, blanket, straw mat, shower gel and shampoo for the earthquake- effected staffs. He also mentioned that staffs still need relief things and China is the largest contributor for Myanmar.

          Following this, the Union Minister, the Director General, and senior officials received the relief supplies donated by Chinese Embassy in Myanmar and Myanmar- China (JIANGSU) Chamber of Commerce and the Union Minister presented a certificate of appreciation in return.

          After that, Myanmar Edible Oil Dealers Association donated cash in kind for earthquake- effected staffs of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations in the evening, the Union Minister received and expressed his gratitude for donation and presented a certificate of appreciation.
