U Aung Naing Oo, Permanent Secretary for Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations attended the “Kachin State Business Forum”, which was held in Myitkyina, Kachin State on 15th November 2019.

That forum was organized by Kachin Ethnic Entrepreneurs Association (KEEA). That forum will bring to generate more Kachin entrepreneurs, create large businesses in the region and strengthen links with local and international businesses.

During the forum, U Aung Naing Oo, Permanent Secretary gave a presentation on title “Make Kachin State ready for business” in the morning. The forum was attended by over 800 participants.

After that, U Aung Naing Oo, Permanent Secretary accompanied the Vice President U Henry Van Thio’s visiting to the proposed construction site for a bridge across the Irrawaddy River, completion of Nant Myit Ka Bridge, Myitkyina vocational training center in Waingmaw Township Development Garden (Maingna), IDP camp, the construction site of the Myitkyina Economic Development Zone, Jaw Bum prayer mount and a site for implementing development in Myitkyina.
