Nay Pyi Taw, March 20

A meeting of the Task Force under the Working Committee to address the impact of COVID-19 on the country’s economy was held at the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations in Nay Pyi Taw this morning.

The meeting was chaired by U Aung Naing Oo, Permanent Secretary of MIFER and was attended by representatives of the Ministries concerned and representatives of the private sector.

The meeting discussed procedures regarding loans to be disbursed to small and medium enterprises affected by COVID-19.
